1. Compare usable space and access
Ask for both internal and external dimensions, plus folded dimensions. Capacity alone does not show whether cooking equipment or other intended contents will fit. Check the clearance required for doors and lids, especially when boxes are stacked or placed in a vehicle compartment.
2. Check the lid and frame as separate features
A wood-look top, an expandable table and a plain lid serve different needs. Confirm the material and intended surface use for the selected model. Ask for load information and the relevant test method where the application requires it; photographs and the term 'tactical' do not establish load, waterproof or impact ratings.
3. Review an actual sample
Open and fold the sample, operate the doors and latches, inspect edges and handles, and check the proposed stacking arrangement. Record the agreed model, color, dimensions and acceptance criteria. If the product will travel inside a vehicle, evaluate the separate restraint arrangement for that installation.
4. Quote the retail and shipping configuration
Specify logo placement, colors, instructions, barcode requirements, retail pack and master-carton quantity. Compare carton dimensions and gross weight as well as unit price. Minimum order quantity, sample cost and production timing should be confirmed for the selected customization. VenPurePitch coordinates this process with manufacturing partners.
