Separate guest convenience from site infrastructure
Portable privacy tents and shower bags can support a temporary wash or changing setup. They do not replace a site's water supply, drainage, accessibility planning or sanitation services. Define the location, intended frequency of use and how staff will inspect, clean and store each item.
Match the product to the operating routine
For storage, compare access, folded dimensions and whether the lid needs to serve as a light surface. For a privacy tent, confirm dimensions, anchoring, ventilation, floor configuration and included carry bag on the selected model. Do not infer weather or wind ratings from a photograph.
Create a repeatable kit
List the exact contents, spare parts, instructions and packaging for each guest or site unit. Decide whether the project needs individual branded products or combined cartons. Share unit counts, delivery destination and required documentation so sampling, inspection and shipment can be agreed before production.
